Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, in original condition, with the original sales receipt. We will exchange or refund your purchase in the original form of payment. Beyond 30 days, without a receipt, or with a gift receipt, items will be exchanged at current retail value for merchandise or a merchandise credit only.
Merchandise credits are redeemable for merchandise only. Merchandise credits are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only. Refunds credited to debit cards may take up to seven to ten days to process. If original form of payment was cash or check and register funds are unavailable, we will issue a check for the purchase amount, provided it is accompanied by a receipt.

Personal Checks:
We accept personal checks with the following:
1. Preprinted checks with your name, address, check number, and account number.
2. A valid driver’s license or state I.D. card.
3. A current phone number.
There will be a $25 service fee on all returned checks. We reserve the right not to accept a check for purchase.

Gift Certificates:
All gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only, and are not redeemable for cash.
Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate, if returned, will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. Gift Certificates do not expire but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Coupons:
Coupons may be redeemed on regular price merchandise only. This excludes sale and clearance items. Only one coupon may be redeemed per customer, per purchase. Coupons are not valid on delivery or service charges, with any other discount, on previous purchases, or on the purchase of gift certificates.

Deliveries:
Instant gratification. That's what Abode is all about. Unlike other stores where you order furniture and have to wait weeks or even months for it to come in, at Abode when you find something you like you can take it home with right away. Of course, we recognize that not everyone owns a pick-up truck. So, we also offer fast, convenient delivery for oversized items. Better yet, when we schedule our deliveries, we try our best to estimate the arrival to within a one-hour window. That way, you don't have to spend your time waiting around for us.
