Abode is more than a home furnishings store. It is a one-stop shopping experience.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, in original condition, with the original sales receipt. We will exchange or refund your purchase in the original form of payment. Beyond 30 days or without a receipt, items will be exchanged at current retail value for merchandise or a gift card only. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or a gift card at the original purchase price.

Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only. Refunds credited to debit cards may take up to seven to ten days to process. If original form of payment was cash or check and register funds are unavailable, we will issue a check for the purchase amount, provided it is accompanied by a receipt.

Personal Checks:

We accept personal checks with the following:
1- Preprinted checks with your name, address, check number, and account number.
2- A valid driver’s license or state I.D. card.
3- A current phone number.
There will be a $25 service fee on all returned checks. We reserve the right not to accept a check for purchase.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only, and are not redeemable for cash. Merchandise purchased with a gift card, if returned, will be refunded in the form of another gift card. Gift Cards do not expire and may not be replaceable if lost or stolen.

Deliveries:

Instant gratification. That’s what Abode is all about. So when you find something you like you can usually take it home with you the very same day. Of course, we also offer fast, affordable, and convenient local delivery for oversized items. Our own friendly Abode staff will deliver your items assembled and ready to be enjoyed, usually within just a few days.
